Sledding

Last year for Colt's Birthday we had a snow party and got the snowmobiles out in the field and pulled the kids around on sleds. This year there won't be enough snow for that but we got the four wheeler out and pulled the boys and Maylee around for awhile. They had fun. Colt loved it. He would let his cheeks fall off his face before he would willingly come in the house.

The boys got some fun stuff for Christmas at the Christmas Eve party. My favorite part was our Nativity. Cael was Joseph and Colt was one of the wise men. I couldn't believe how reverent and focused the boys were. It was a really cute program. 

Cael's Preschool Xmas Program

Cael's school Christmas program this year was so cute. They did a little skit and sang some songs. In the skit, Cael was Santa Clause and he had the sniffles. He did so good! I was so proud of him. Colt sat and watched the whole show. He always worries about Cael when we drop him off at school.

Thanksgiving

We have a couple traditions every year for Thanksgiving besides eating a lot of food. 

1. We get our live Christmas Tree.

2. We trade back and forth every year between the Wade's and Price's for Thanksgiving dinner. This blog post will serve as my reminder that we ate at Jay and Becky's this year so I know where to eat next year. And yes we usually forget and argue about it so I have to look at my blog. 

3. I give the boys some Christmas PJs on Thanksgiving to wear all holiday season. 

4. We decorate our tree. 

5. Casey babysits while I go Black Friday Shopping on Thursday and Friday. :)

Halloween

We were super heroes for Halloween this year. Casey was supposed to be the Hulk but he didn't get off work in time to get his costume ready. He had to meet us a trunk or treat. Cael had a cute program at school for Halloween.
