Our first year of marriage really flew by for Casey and me. We've had a great year. I've been told before that "the first year is always the hardest". If that is true then we are pretty lucky and have a lot of great years ahead of us. I have a great husband. He is a hard worker, thoughtful, easy to love, and I know he is going to be a great father.
We had a pretty easy going night for our anniversary. Our good friends Heath and Kelly share our anniversary, only they got married a year before us. We went to dinner with them to the Claim Jumper and then decided to go bowling. It had been awhile since either of us had bowled. Casey won one game and I won a game, but I beat him 2 out of 3 games. (Maybe he let me win:) Steve and Carla Wilmoth were also bowling on the lane next to us with their friends.

Casey's Big 30th
We had a family party for Casey's 30th Birthday this weekend. We had a BBQ and cake and ice cream.
Casey opened his Birthday presents. He got some cash, some Cabella's giftcards, I bought him some hiking boots and a Garmin GPS.
He also got some BABY CLOTHES!!.......yes that's right BABY CLOTHES. No its not twins but we aren't sure if it will be a boy or a girl. I'm thinking that we surprised everyone just a little. No one seemed to expect our news. It was a lot of fun. I am 12 weeks pregnant and our baby is due on March 3rd. In the coming weeks, I hope we are able to find out which one of these outfits will be packed away and which we will need more of.

Roxy's New Home
I took my girl Roxy for one last ride tonight before she went to her new home. I've been through such a great journey with her and I will cherish it forever. Roxy went to live with Addy, a six year old sweet little girl from Ogden. I know that Addy will have more time for Roxy and be able to give her the attention that she deserves. Hopefully she'll be a future Miss Rodeo Utah.
