9 Months ~ Thanksgiving

I can't believe how much Cael has changed since we moved in to our new house. I watch him learn and grow everyday. He is crawling full force and he is pulling himself up on to everything and learning to walk. He has learned to "courtesy laugh". Whenever Casey or I laugh, he will give us a little fake laugh. Its pretty funny. He is starting to sleep through the night every once in a while. He has slept 11 hours straight a couple nights and that is pretty nice, but also a tease when it is just once in a while. Hopefully it gets more consistent. He takes pretty good naps during the day. He likes playing with Reece, but she doesn't enjoy it so much. He has started roaming the house on his own and has found the pantry and Reece's dog food and water bowl in the laundry room. He still doesn't have any teeth. Maybe he will get them for Christmas..... :)

Casey and I went to Jay and Becky's house for Thanksgiving this year. We take turns trading off with our families every year. After dinner I went to Walmart in Heber with my mom and we got all of our Black Friday Christmas shopping done. We both went home with 60" TV's. We even had Cooper and Dad and Clay and Megan there helping us stand in line while we hit the toy sales. Casey stayed home with Cael and missed out. It was a lot of fun. I'm really excited for Christmas this year. Casey went and bought us a real Christmas tree for the first time. Its about ten feet tall. Having Cael makes us both so happy and really strengthens our Christmas spirit.

Man Cave

I think Casey is pretty proud of his man cave and even thought it's not my thing, I'd say he has every right to be. I have to laugh because I just about posted this picture on Facebook but then I saw a comment on another "wildlife" photo about how sad it was that the innocent animals had to die. It was a picture of deer sheds stacked into the shape of a Christmas tree. The lady that made the comment got her butt chewed for thinking animals had to die for someone to have all the antler sheds. Pretty funny. I think I will post the picture anyway. I'm sure I will get some good comments. :)

I went shopping on Black Friday and bought a 60 inch television to put in the basement with Casey's trophy wall. It will be a fun room for kids to play in. Now we just need to get a couch, a tv stand, and some saddle racks..........
