Work Field Trip

We took a party bus with our accounting office and the Rumbi Island grill corporate office out to the Basin to tour some of the properties we own. We went to Pleasant Valley Hunting Preserve and shot clay pigeons, then to Falcons Ledge for lunch and fishing, then to Hiddens Springs Ranch and Six Lakes to look around. It was a fun day.

Corn 2014

I got all my corn put up. We also ate a lot of fresh corn on the cob. I love having it. 

The first day I picked about 175 cobs and got 33 bags. Then about two weeks later I picked the rest and got 16 more pint bags. I would've had a lot more the second picking but raccoons got in and completely destroyed it.

Colt and Cael had a good time at Carter's 1st Birthday. It was a Mickey Mouse party!
