We both work in the valley; Casey for Burton Lumber and Chris works from home for Millstream Properties. Casey enjoys hunting and anything outdoors. Chris spends her time scrapbooking, sewing, cooking, and doing anything crafty.

Maui Molokini Crater Snorkel and Turtle Bay
Today we went snorkeling with the Pacific Whale Foundation at Molokini Crater and then to Turtle Bay. It was so cool. We swam with fish and huge sea turtles.

November Crafts
I made my calendar for my office almost a year ago, but I add new things all of the time and it was fun to make a turkey and my Pilgrims and Indians for November.

My reversible table-runner. One side is for Halloween and the reverse side is for Thanksgiving. I am just learning to sew and this was my first time doing binding. I got my first sewing machine at my bridal shower in August and I'm lucky to have my talented mother and aunt Lisa teach me all that I need to know.

Girls Night Out! Bar J Wranglers
It was a Friday night and Dad was gone team roping and Casey was gone hunting so mom and I went and kidnapped grandma and went to Cowboy Poetry to watch the Bar J Wranglers. I was there an hour early to stand in line and there were still probably 100 people in front of me.

To be honest, I wasn't really sure how interested I would be in the Bar J Wranglers, but I thought they were awesome! I was laughing so hard at their comedy and their music was amazing.

Cowboy Poetry Gathering Wild West Show
This week there are events in town every day for Cowboy Poetry. Its a pretty big event when they come to town. Casey and I went to the Wild West Show tonight and we have tickets for the Bar J Wranglers on Friday.
Both of our parents, our sister-in-law, and all the little neices were able to get seats together.
Casey and I have gone to the Horse Extravaganza Wild West Show for the last four years. We are usually able to get tickets through his work or my mom's work where they are sponsors for the events.
The landscaping they built right inside the arena at the County Recreation building was pretty neat. There was a waterfall, pond, rocks, and trees.
