Cael's verbal communication has really taken off in the last month. He knows tons of words and has got really good at telling us when he wants something. That is a relief.
I don't think he understands that he is getting a baby but he is already very nurturing. He will give the baby loves and kisses and he will wrap his stuffed animals up and pack them around like babies and try to share his sippy with them.
He unwrapped a Christmas present early. Just couldn't help himself....
He still likes to play kitchen, regardless of what his dad thinks of that.
Christmas day, he was out cold in his carseat before we even got out of Grandma Wade's driveway.
Today mom, Meghan, the boys, and I went to visit grandma for Christmas. The boys had a good time.

Christmas Day 2013
We had dinner and opened presents at Grandma and Grandpa Wade's house on Christmas Day. Cael was pretty excited about Grandma's train that went around her tree. We will have to get one of those one of these years. Grandma bought Cael a new bath toy. He loves boats. She also bought him and the baby each a new outfit and a radio flyer wagon and canopy cover so that we can go to the zoo this summer! Cael didn't quite understand the wagon yet but when he has a little brother to pull around and a sandbox in the backyard, he will run the wheels off of it. My mom gave me some money towards Casey's tool chest and she bought him some other tools and a headlamp. I got a new purse camera and a very much needed frying pan. Casey and I bought dad some new gators and I bought mom a sweater that I knew she had been eyeballing for awhile.
We were pretty spoiled this year just like every year and we have so many blessings in our lives to be thankful for. We both have wonderful parents and family, each other, good jobs, a nice home to raise our kids in, and we are blessed to have our health and our little boy and one on the way. We couldn't ask for more. Merry Christmas!
Christmas Morning 2013
Santa made it to our house this year and we stayed home Christmas morning to open presents. Cael got a tonka dump truck, some more mega block legos, hot wheels, some tools, and a tool bench. Casey got a tool chest and some tools from Cael, my mom, and me. And Casey and Cael gave me a Smith and Wesson 9mm pistol. I like it. It fits in my purse. :) I will have to spend some time shooting it and getting comfortable with it now that I have my concealed permit.
Grandma and Grandpa Wade delivered the tool bench Christmas Eve while Casey and I were at the Price family party. It was fun to surprise him.

Christmas Eve 2013
We had a party at the Grandma and Grandpa Price's house on Christmas Eve with dinner and presents. This year the kids didn't draw each other for gifts. We bought Christmas for another family in need. The grandkids still drew names for gifts. Cael drew Boston and he bought her a helicopter rescue Lego set. Jodi drew Cael and he got a Little People Farm set. He loves it. He makes all of the animal sounds and will really like having it.
Grandma and Grandpa Price gave Cael a Cozy Coupe car and he loves it. He was sitting in it before we could even get the cab on and the wheels underneath it.
