21 months

Cael is really learning fast and starting to talk a lot. He can count to 5, and he is recognizing the ABC song. He is obsessed with the vacuum and soap. We vacuum daily or he at least asks if we can. He also opened 6 bars of soap and threw them in the tub and turned the water on. He is showing signs that he understands what we are saying to him. Once in a while he will wake up at night and I've started just going in and talking to him and telling him that mommy and daddy are sleeping and it's not time to wake up and he'll lay down and go back to sleep. I can't believe how smart he is. We love him so much.


We were in JoAnns the other day and he pulled a bear off the shelf and laid down right on the floor with it and then took a nap in the shopping cart with it. How could I not buy it for him after that? Lucky for me the bear had a small hole in it's neck and they gave it to me for $13 instead of $50.

These two boys are going to be trouble makers!

We went to Family Home Evening at Jen and Jason's house and Cael loves to play the panio.

He gets so excited when I let him bake with me. I always let him clean the beaters.

Cael saw Jenson trying to walk around in adult shoes and now that's one of his favorite things to do.

Grandma Wade gave us this tent a couple months ago and its another one of his new favorite things. He will haul all his blankets and stuffed animals in their and his dad will crawl in and read him a story.

Getting the baby seat out for the baby and Cael had to test it out.

Grandma Wade made him some fleece Christmas pants that we lounge around in during the day...
